Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your team to share feedback and improve service processes.
  • Stay updated on product features, services, and industry trends to offer informed assistance.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach to challenges.
  • Experience with CRM software and other communication tools is a plus.
