Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering top-notch service.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, accurately, and with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system diligently.
  • Engage in continuous learning to familiarize yourself with company products and services.
  • Provide feedback to management to enhance service processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer care.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a significant advantage.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to continuously improve and learn.
