Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in German through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with different teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for ongoing service improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to help shape customer experience strategies.
  • Contribute positively to the team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and solve problems effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Openness to living and working in an international environment.
