We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Marketplace Platform Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and are committed to providing exceptional service to French-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding the online marketplace platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, product listings, and platform policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, keeping detailed records for follow-up and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and optimize service delivery.
- Stay updated on platform features, trends in e-commerce, and best practices to assist customers effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve the platform and enhance user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably within e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to assisting customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
