H ΗΡΩΝ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΚΗ Α.Ε., εταιρεία του Ομίλου ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ, αναζητά Retail Development Area Manager με έδρα τη Θεσσαλία

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχειρίζεται και αναπτύσσει σταθερές βάσεις συνεργασίας μεταξύ των Franchisees και της εταιρείας
  • Συντονίζει και επιβλέπει την κατασκευή των νέων καταστημάτων ΗΡΩΝ (ιδιόκτητα & franchise), εξασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και των προδιαγραφών
  • Προγραμματίζει τακτικές επισκέψεις στα καταστήματα ευθύνης του/της, με στόχο τη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών και της απόδοσής τους
  • Συνεργάζεται και επικοινωνεί με τα εμπλεκόμενα τμήματα της εταιρείας, για την επίλυση τυχόν προβλημάτων των πελατών των καταστημάτων
  • Καθοδηγεί, υποστηρίζει και εκπαιδεύει τους εργαζόμενους στα καταστήματα
  • Εξασφαλίζει την εφαρμογή της εμπορικής πολιτικής της εταιρείας και παρακολουθεί τους δείκτες μέτρησης πωλήσεων
  • Καταγράφει τον ανταγωνισμό, δημιουργεί αναφορές και προτάσεις βελτίωσης

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ ή ιδιωτικής σχολής σε συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε πωλήσεις, δίκτυο καταστημάτων, λιανεμπόριο, κλπ.
  • Εμπειρία στην αγορά της ενέργειας θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Γνώση και εμπειρία σε διαχείριση franchise agreements αποτελεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
  • Δεξιότητες ηγεσίας και παρακίνησης ομάδων
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδιών/ μετακινήσεων.
