Αποκτώντας μια ιδιαίτερη τεχνογνωσία από την αρχική δραστηριοποίηση της σε ιδιόμορφες πολύ-πολιτισμικές αγορές, κατάφερε να συγκροτήσει καταστήματα που άμεσα κυριάρχησαν σε τοπικό επίπεδο και αποτέλεσαν πόλους έλξης για τους καταναλωτές.
Τα Altershops χαρακτηρίζονται από τις κεντρικές τοποθετήσεις τους στα μεγαλύτερα εμπορικά κέντρα της Ελλάδας και στις πιο σημαντικές αγορές, από την ιδιαίτερη αρχιτεκτονική τους διάσταση, από την αρμονική συμμετοχή προϊόντων ένδυσης, υπόδησης και αξεσουάρ, από τη μοναδική σύνθεση ενός πλήθους εμπορικών σημάτων αλλά και από ένα καινοτόμο - «ελεύθερο» τρόπο παρουσίασης των προϊόντων και εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών.
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
Διασφάλιση και έλεγχος του σωστού τρόπου λειτουργίας και διατήρηση της άρτιας εικόνας ομάδας καταστημάτων.
Εφαρμογή των πολιτικών και των διαδικασιών που έχουν οριστεί από την εταιρία σε όλους τους τομείς της λειτουργίας των καταστημάτων.
Εεπίτευξη των μηνιαίων στόχων πωλήσεων.
Επιλογή, εκπαίδευση, αξιολόγηση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας, ώστε να προσφέρεται το ανώτερο επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης σε κάθε επισκέπτη.
Ενημέρωση προσωπικού για καινούριες ενέργειες / προϊόντα.
Υλοποίηση εβδομαδιαίου σχεδιασμού προγράμματος εργασίας σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες των καταστημάτων.
Καταγραφή ελλείψεων σε αναλώσιμα υλικά και προϊόντα, διατηρώντας στενή συνεργασία με τα κεντρικά για την άμεση αναπλήρωση.
Μέριμνα για την επάρκεια των αποθεμάτων, τη διαχείριση παραλαβών και την τακτοποίηση των προϊόντων.
Ανάλυση Πωλήσεων με παράθεση Προτάσεων για την βελτίωση των αποτελεσμάτων.
Ανάλυση της Αγοράς και του Ανταγωνισμού του Κλάδου.
**Requirements**:
2-3 χρόνια εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέσηr στο Retail (ιδανικά σε Fashion) με εμπειρία σε επίτευξη στόχων.
Επιθυμητές σπουδές ΑΕΙ
Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας και Η/Υ, όπως και ERP (SOFT1)
Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση ομάδας.
Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και οργάνωσης.
Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη.
Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών, αυτοπαρακίνηση και υπευθυνότητα.
