Αναζητούμε **Area Manager** για καταστήματα μας εντός και εκτός Αττικής
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Κατευθύνει όλες τις επιμέρους λειτουργίες των καταστημάτων ευθύνης του
- Αναλαμβάνει να διασφαλίζει ότι τόσο ο διευθυντής του καταστήματος όσο και το προσωπικό, διατηρούν τα υψηλά πρότυπα της εταιρείας και ακολουθούν πιστά τις διαδικασίες
- Διασφαλίζει ότι η εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη είναι η καλύτερη δυνατή
- Προγραμματίζει τακτικές/καθημερινές επισκέψεις στα καταστήματα με στόχο τον καλύτερο έλεγχο και αξιολόγηση της λειτουργίας τους
- Παρακολούθηση των kpis των καταστημάτων ευθύνης του βάσει στόχων
- Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία επιλογής υποψηφίων για πρόσληψη, σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
- Συμμετέχει στη διαδικασία αξιολόγησης και εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού, ενθαρρύνει και προσφέρει εποικοδομητική καθοδήγηση στους διευθυντές των καταστημάτων αλλά και σε όλη την ομάδα.
- Ενεργός συμμετοχή στον εντοπισμό και αξιοποίηση "ταλέντων" στο κατάστημα για περαιτέρω αξιοποίηση.
- Τήρηση οδηγιών merchandising, προβολές, promotion για τα καταστήματα ευθύνης του σε συνεργασία με το trade marketing
- Παρακολούθηση του ανταγωνισμού
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 χρόνια εργασιακή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στο Retail (ιδανικά σε Fashion) με εμπειρία σε επίτευξη στόχων
- Επιθυμητές σπουδές ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΙΕΚ
- Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας και Η/Υ
- Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση ομάδας
- Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και οργάνωσης
- Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
- Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών, αυτοπαρακίνηση και υπευθυνότητα
- Αγάπη για τον αθλητισμό και το Well Being
- Δίπλωμα οδήγησης
- Ευελιξία για ταξίδια
