Job Description

Percassi is a dynamic entrepreneurial group that anticipates market trends. Its main activities are concentrated in three business areas: Retail, Real Estate and Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio.

The Retail business develops iconic brands with a diversified offer. We are looking for a Candidate to join our team.

This role will be responsible for creating an environment that provides premium consumer and employee experiences while implementing/executing programs to drive business results.

  • Manage daily activities for a specific area of the store and develop talent to build a diverse, well-informed, high-performing team.
  • Ensure teams build authentic connections with consumers through effective use of service programs.
  • From receiving stockroom to visual merchandising on the sales floor, the Candidate will make sure consumers have access to the right product at the right time.
  • Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.
  • Assist the Manager in matters of goods' management.
Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need to manage all aspects of a retail store's operations, including staff development, customer engagement, inventory management, and more.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business goals and develop strategies to improve performance.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also be involved in coaching and mentoring colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.

Your goal will be to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of retail experience, or 4 years of experience without a degree.
  • Proven experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and mentoring people.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A good team player.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office.
