AREA MANAGER
Ο όμιλος της Lapin House αναζητάει Area Manager για την διαχείριση των monobrand καταστημάτων της ανδρικού/γυναικείου. Αναλυτικότερα, η συγκεκριμένη θέση αναζητάει κάποιον/κάποια όπου θα διαχειρίζεται σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο της λιανικής τα monobrand καταστήματα Vilebrequin, Ralph Lauren, Diane von Furstenberg (DVF) και Imaginarium.
ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ / ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ
Τουλάχιστον 5ετή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, κατά προτίμηση σε fashion
Ηγετικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
Αριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
Διαχείριση καθημερινών λειτουργιών, οργάνωση προγράμματος και αρμοδιοτήτων προσωπικού
Αναζήτηση και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
Mer chandise Management
Διαχείριση budget και στοχοθέτηση του κάθε καταστήματος
Μηνιαία Reporting Sale-Out/Sale through σε συνεργασία με τους buyer s της εταιρίας
Αριστες γνώσεις Αγγλικών (γνώση άλλων ξένων γλωσσών θα εκτιμηθεί ανάλογα)
Αριστη γνώση M / S Office, ειδικότερα Excel
