Ποια είναι η θέση που αναζητούμε;Αναζητούμε Restaurant Manager για συνεργάτη μας, πολυτελής υπηρεσία στις Αυστριακές Άλπεις.
Η τρέχουσα μορφή της σαλαριζώματος εκκίνησης είναι 2300€ με αποδοτικό πακέτο υψηλών αποδοχών.
Προϋποθέσεις επιτυχίας:- Aποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως Restaurant Manager τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια, σε πολυτελή ξενοδοχεία 4* 5* ή εστιατόρια υψηλών προδιαγραφών
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της Γερμανικής γλώσσας και Αγγλικής
- Κάτοχος ευρωπαϊκού διαβατηρίου ή ταυτότητας
- Pτυχίο Τουριστικών
- Γνώσεις ορθής λειτουργίας εστιατορίου, καθοδήγησης και οργάνωσης ομάδας
- Εκτεταμένη γνώση οίνου και σαμπάνιας
- Εξωστρέφεια στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία
- Δεξιότητες οργάνωσης και ταυτόχρονης επιτέλεσης πολλαπλών εργασιών, ικανότητα απόδοσης σε ένα περιβάλλον γρήγορων ρυθμών
- Επιθυμία για εργασία στο εξωτερικό
- Οργάνωση και συντονισμός καθημερινών δραστηριοτήτων της σάλας και της κουζίνας του εστιατορίου
- Παροχή εξυπηρέτησης υψηλής ποιότητας και μεγιστοποίηση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών
- Ανταπόκριση στα παράπονα των πελατών με αποτελεσματικότητα και ακρίβεια
- Αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης του προσωπικού και παροχή ανατροφοδότησης για τη βελτίωση της παραγωγικότητας
- Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τους κανονισμούς υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Διαχείριση της καλής εικόνας του εστιατορίου και υποβολή προτάσεων για τη βελτίωσή της
- Έλεγχος λειτουργικών δαπανών και προσδιορισμός μέτρων περικοπής της σπατάλης
- Σύνταξη λεπτομερών αναφορών για τα εβδομαδιαία, τα μηνιαία και τα ετήσια έσοδα και έξοδα
- Συνάντηση με το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου για ενημέρωση σχετικά με τα πιάτα της ημέρας, αλλαγές στο μενού και προδιαγραφές συγκεκριμένων κρατήσεων (π.χ., εκδηλώσεις)
