Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist users with inquiries related to ride bookings, account management, and payment issues.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for each user.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate any technical or operational issues.
- Stay informed about app features, updates, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer support, especially in technology or ride-sharing sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
