Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app, offering solutions and guidance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service quality standards and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on app features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple inquiries.
