In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance regarding health and wellness products. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers to ensure they have a positive experience with our products. Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish, managing inquiries related to health and wellness products effectively.
- Assist customers with product selection, order issues, and general health-related inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining clear records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and health trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers, following up on inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the health and wellness sector, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to engage professionally with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate record management.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness products and a desire to help customers make informed choices.
