Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce a unique opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Advisor specializing in Premium Coffee Appliances, located in Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee and excel in delivering outstanding customer service in an energetic and customer-centered environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers via live chat, email, and phone communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to premium coffee appliances, including product features, usage instructions, and troubleshooting.
  • Educate customers on the proper maintenance of their coffee appliances to enhance their overall satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in service quality and product offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in coffee and equipment to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or coffee industry.
  • A strong understanding of coffee appliances and a genuine passion for coffee culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
