As an Italian Speaking Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to better advise clients.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experiences and team efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your service skills.
  • Contribute feedback on client interactions to help improve service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Able to work in Athens, Greece and adapt to a new cultural setting.
