Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries, provide information, and assist customers with their needs promptly.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to better assist clients.
  • Document customer interactions clearly in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Deliver feedback on client experiences to improve processes and offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or advisory roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
