This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about media technology and enjoy providing valuable customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers experiencing issues with media streaming services.
  • Troubleshoot various technical problems related to streaming, account access, and subscription services.
  • Assist customers in understanding and utilizing the platform's features effectively.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to solve more complex queries and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest product updates and changes within the media streaming industry.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives for the service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in media, entertainment, or technology.
  • Technical understanding of media streaming platforms and troubleshooting practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and a strong customer-oriented mindset, eager to help and assist users.
