Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support to Latvian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues concerning the company's technology products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products and improve support capabilities.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A team-oriented approach with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
