We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service and are eager to assist Spanish-speaking clients with their electronics warranty and repair needs.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding repair and warranty inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, initiating repair requests, and understanding warranty coverage.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and inquiries to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Document interactions meticulously and manage customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with repair teams and technical support to expedite resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about product updates and warranty policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Gather customer feedback to support the enhancement of services and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in electronics, technology, or warranty support.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills in managing customer cases.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
