As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding health and wellness products, providing them with the information and support they need to make informed decisions. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to health and wellness products promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about products and best practices in health and wellness.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language in your application.
  • Genuine interest in health and wellness products is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Desire to learn and grow within a vibrant and supportive team
