We are currently looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Athens. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our Italian-speaking clients receive exceptional support and a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Efficiently manage customer requests and concerns, ensuring quick resolution while adhering to high service standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to support continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gain insights into customer needs and contribute to developing solutions that enhance their overall experience.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and industry trends to offer relevant advice and insights to clients.
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions, sharing ideas to promote a cooperative and productive environment.
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Prior experience in customer service, customer experience, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for remote collaboration.
  • A self-motivated team player capable of working independently.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
