As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers in providing support for their grocery delivery inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, order issues, and any related inquiries regarding grocery delivery.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for continued service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and meet service goals.
- Engage in training to stay informed about products and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic team environment.
- A desire to grow and develop within the grocery delivery services sector
