In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding health and wellness products, order management, and product usage. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and passion for health and wellness will play an important role in enhancing the customer experience. If you are fluent in Spanish and enjoy helping others, we want you on our team
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about health and wellness products, including order tracking and product recommendations.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with our product team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
- Stay informed about health trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable and relevant assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or health and wellness sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
