- Document customer interactions thoroughly to enhance our service efforts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve our customer service delivery.
- Take part in ongoing training to refine your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills that create personal connections.
- Strong ability to resolve issues with a positive approach.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
- Openness to engage and interact with a diverse range of customers.
- EU passport is required for application.
