We are seeking an experienced Technology Service Owner to manage the full lifecycle of several high-value IT services that underpin our client's energy-trading and retail operations. You'll own strategy, performance, and continuous improvement—ensuring each service meets tough availability, reliability, and regulatory targets. You'll be the single point of contact for senior business stakeholders, architecture, security, vendors, and operations teams.

What will you do:

  • Own the service lifecycle from design through retirement, aligning roadmaps with business goals.
  • Define, negotiate, and monitor SLAs / KPIs; publish scorecards and improvement plans.
  • Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives, using data to prioritize enhancements and cost optimization.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, SIAM interfaces, and third-party delivery quality; support RFPs and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cyber-security, and industry regulations; maintain a tested disaster-recovery plan.
  • Lead proactive availability & capacity management, plus major-incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
  • Provide clear, executive-level communication on risks, roadmaps, and value delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 + years in IT service management within large enterprises.
  • Solid grasp of application architecture, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, networking, and security controls.
  • Stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical problem-solving.
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken & written).

Nice-to-have:

  • 2 + years in energy, utilities, or other critical-infrastructure sectors.
  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional (or v3 Expert); working knowledge of SIAM.
