EveryPay is fully owned by the Skroutz Group of companies and is both a Tech Company and a Regulated Financial Services Institution. Therefore, you will be exposed to the world of the Tech Payments Sector and that of Financial Services.

How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Senior Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our payment technology solutions. As a key member of the product team, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technology delivery, ensuring our payment products are innovative, compliant, and user-centric.

What will you be doing:

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for payment-related features and enhancements (i.e. acquiring, transaction flows, tokenization, scheme compliance, terminal certifications)
• Translate high-level product strategy into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, engineering, design, and customer support to align priorities and ensure regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2) are met
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in agile/scrum environments, but also can change frameworks when required
• Continuously evaluate product performance and customer feedback to drive iterative improvements
• Support go-to-market plans and coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Operations and Sales&Marketing to ensure successful launches
• Stay informed of market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the payments and fintech space

What will you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role as a member of a product team in the Financial Services, or relevant industry
• Solid understanding of payment ecosystems (e.g., payment gateways, acquiring banks, card networks, tokenization, chargebacks)
• Proven experience working in Agile framework
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to write clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Fluency in English
• Strong time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for fintech innovation
• Will be considered a strong plus if you have:
  • Understanding of Core-Banking systems
  • ISO 8583 and Processor Configuration
