Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned NOVA accounts, responding to inquiries and providing support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver timely solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports to track growth and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on products and services as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
