SOFTONE F&B is looking for an Channel Partner Account Manager to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
As a Channel Partner Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our partner network. Your role is to support partners in achieving their business goals through our solutions, drive channel sales performance, and ensure the overall success and growth of the partner ecosystem.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with partners in the network
- Support partners in achieving their business goals through our product and solution portfolio
- Overseeing Customers account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Account Manager / Channel Manager) in the Business Software sector
- Proven experience in partner network management is a strong advantage
- University Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance
- Solid understanding of ERP/CRM software solutions
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously
