Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and ready to make a global impact? We're looking for a Channel Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team in Athens. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that marketing is driving the business revenue globally.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's organized, proactive and eager to learn in a high-growth, international company. You'll work directly with internal teams and external partners to scale our presence across our channels worldwide.

• Optimize Property Listings: Upload, update, and manage Blueground property ads on booking and listing platforms, ensuring high visibility and ranking
• Conduct Market Research: Deep dive into platform usage and performance across global cities to identify and prioritize high-opportunity channels
• Partner Communication: Liaise with external platform account managers to coordinate property listings, promotions, and partnership opportunities
• Track Performance: Monitor KPIs and contribute to team projects focused on improving platform performance, streamlining internal processes, and scaling best practices
• Multitask Across Markets: Manage multiple cities simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and optimization across a wide range of geographies
• Support Growth Projects: Join cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving occupancy, utilization, and operational efficiency across global listings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• A quick learner, comfortable adopting new software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; a team player with a proactive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• A self-starter who's eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility

• Additional fluency in any of the following languages: Turkish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German
• Experience working with online marketplaces, travel booking platforms, or CMS systems
