Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with both our B2B and B2C audiences. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills to develop compelling narratives that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive growth in target markets.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events to elevate brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials that align with our brand messaging and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content through analytics, making informed decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure relevant and competitive marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the Medical or Aesthetic sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities with experience managing teams and projects.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering results.
