We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Greek Market team. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them understand and act on market data, optimize eCommerce performance, and expand their engagement with our services.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Success Management

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and maintain customer health scores through the entire client lifecycle.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and users, aligning their goals with platform features.
• Build strong, consultative relationships that drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and expansion.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret sales, shopper, and marketing data into actionable insights.
• Create visually engaging reports and client presentations with clear storytelling and recommendations.
• Partner with sales teams to support upselling, renewals, and overall account growth.
• Proactively identify data inconsistencies and ensure data integrity across tools and client deliverables.
• Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries, helping resolve issues with speed and empathy

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, market research, or a related role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Greek.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into client-ready insights.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

• Visualization and storytelling skills for clear and engaging client narratives.
• Comfortable working in a digitally enabled and hybrid environment.
• Prior experience with analytics platforms or FMCG market insights.
