As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks an Account Manager for our Southern Region.
Responsibilities
- Planning, development and management of the retailer network to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
- Adherence to the respective commercial procurement policy
- Supervise performance evaluation of each associate
- Participate in training and development of sales teams to improve productivity
- Monitor and record competition
- Formulate and provide reports to management
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail channels
- Experience in account management preferred (Energy, Telcos etc.)
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written

- Exceptional analytical skills and numerical understanding
- Strong commercial acumen and result driven mentality
- Excellent communication skills, in both spoken and written formats
