Euronet seeks to employ a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our Sales & Key Account Management team, within Euronet Merchant Services.

The successful candidate will be based in Athens and will be reporting to the Key Account – Sales Manager. This role offers the opportunity to visit top retailers, hotels, and other businesses that accept card payments.

Your main goal will be to train and support employees in the effective use of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), helping businesses maximize their benefits and improve customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Travel across Greece to visit retailers, hotels, and commercial businesses.
  • Train staff (cashiers and terminal operators) in using DCC effectively, offering hands-on support.
  • Share best practices to help merchants optimize DCC usage and improve transaction efficiency.
  • Work with management teams to integrate DCC more effectively into business operations.
  • Track progress, set goals, and measure success to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build trusting relationships with key clients and sustainably upsell new products and services.
  • Control, monitor and hold responsibility for the performance of existing portfolio-related turnover and anticipate customer needs and goals.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing. If any professional training in Sales, it will be considered a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales/account management preferably within the payments, retail, or hospitality business.
  • Prior knowledge of Gift Card, Prepaid, Issuing, Acquiring products will be considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and spend significant time outside the office.
  • Driver's license (as the position requires frequent travel).
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Eligible to work in the EU on a full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
