Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products and services in French.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Guide customers through financial offerings and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and service quality.
- Stay informed about financial regulations and product knowledge to ensure accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the financial services industry, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial.
- Willingness to work onsite in Athens.
