We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Real Estate Management Department. This position is based in Athens, Greece, and is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate and customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding real estate management services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to property management, leasing agreements, and general real estate questions.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with the real estate management team to address client needs and enhance service offerings.
- Stay informed about the real estate market and industry standards to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather client feedback to help improve services and client experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
