Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding orders, product details, and navigating the website.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay suggestions for product enhancement.
  • Log customer interactions in our system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Engage in continuous training and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer support or the e-commerce sector is a bonus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve problems effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and immerse yourself in a new culture.
