Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding repair and warranty inquiries.
- Assist customers in processing warranty claims and coordinating repair services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and update customers on their repair status.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about industry developments and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly in consumer electronics, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
