Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to team discussions on improving service processes and customer experience.
  • Support new team members through mentoring and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • A collaborative spirit with a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
