We are currently seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Transportation Services Department. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and who enjoy assisting Italian-speaking clients with their transportation needs.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, fare information, scheduling, and service policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and questions to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track issues until resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer needs and manage service requests.
- Keep informed about transportation services and regulations to provide accurate advice to customers.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
