Responsibilities

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
  • Communicate with suppliers, receive and process incoming invoices;
  • Make GL account reconciliations on a monthly basis;
  • Review and entry of employee expense reports;
  • Liaise with various departments across the company to ensure timely and accurate gathering of all data required;
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 

Requirements

  • BA in Accounting or Finance;
  • Up 2 of experience as an Associate Accountant; 
  • Excellent Knowledge of Ms Office (especially excel) and familiarity with ERP systems will be considered a plus;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Ability to work well with deadlines and be dependable; and
  • Very good knowledge of English.
