As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Legal Telecoms Associate.

As a Legal MVNO Associate you will become a key part of our Legal Team. The position reports to the Head of Legal Division.

Responsibilities

  • Notice and comment rulemaking and compliance proceedings
  • Provide strategic advice and advocacy in relation to filings and representations to regulators and governments, as well as public policy advocacy
  • Provide report on matters handled
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in the context of working on several legal documents
  • Manage claims and litigation, negotiate potential settlements, coordinate with other external law firms on litigation matters as required
  • Negotiate, draw up, comment and conclude a broad variety of legal telecom documents (service level agreements (SLAs), Equipment agreements, etc)
  • Assure legal compliance during the release of the MVNO project, together with external lawyers

Requirements

  • B2B Telecoms industry experience for at least 5 years
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law; LL.M. Degree would be considered a plus
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of MS 365/Office tools
