Automation Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. This individual will design, develop, and deploy automated solutions that streamline operations and contribute to organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Create detailed and transparent deliverables such as automation documentation, user manuals, and instructions.
  • Support User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and deploy solutions in multiple environments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions after implementation.
  • Identify areas for code improvement, optimizing existing solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Configure and maintain the automation environment, including software and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • M.Sc. degree will be considered a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience with leading RPA platforms like IBM RPA, MS Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Certifications in relevant automation technologies will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or Web Services/APIs.
