  • You will ensure that all travel arrangements meet customer expectations and company standards.">
  • You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.">
  • You will collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a similar role.">
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS systems and reservation software.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.">
  • Familiarity with international travel regulations and procedures.">
