Automated Testing Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automated Testing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with experience in creating automated test plans, reviewing work items, allocating tasks to team members, and prioritizing projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining levels of test coverage for deliverables, working with project managers to plan and provide accurate status updates on test tasks and progress, and assisting with test preparation, execution, monitoring, and control for software delivery and releases.

In addition, the Automated Testing Expert will manage and report quality metrics, ensure that processes follow QA/QE best practices, and provide structured feedback to development teams. The role also involves line management and mentorship of QA team members, including formal reviews.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Experience with automated testing tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, and Appium is highly desirable, as is knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing tools like Locust.
