Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • This role involves working on a broad range of marine asset finance, general banking and project finance transactions for clients.
  • You will be involved in drafting and reviewing financing or leasing documentation, negotiating transaction terms, legal research and supporting client file management.
Key Skills Required
  • Qualified lawyer in common law jurisdiction.
  • Proven finance legal experience gained in private practice.
  • Strong communication skills with commercial awareness.
  • Able to thrive in a busy working environment and participate in business development events.
