Business Controlling Associate

We are looking for a Business Controlling Associate, to assist in the monthly financial closings, the financial analysis of revenues and expenses and the monitoring of financial performance versus the financial plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Business Controller in the financial analysis of revenues and expenses and the monitoring of financial performance against the budgets, forecasts and the prior year / months;
• Interact closely with the accounting department to ensure that monthly profit and loss statements are in accordance with the Group's accounting policies and the IFRS accounting standards as well as that expenses recorded are in accordance with the approved purchase orders;
• Assist the Senior Business Controller in the preparation of financial reports to management and in ad-hoc presentations requested;
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements;
• Conduct variance analysis of expenses, explain the deviations versus the financial plan and the prior year/ months and prepare variance commentaries.;
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field;
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or related field;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
