FP&A Controller (Village Roadshow Greece)

The FP&A Controller will lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role will manage a team of two analysts and work closely with all company functions to drive financial performance through cost control, revenue growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering, with the ability to improve financial visibility, enhance reporting accuracy, and identify key opportunities for cash flow and profitability improvements. 

Job Description 

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes, improving accuracy and providing intra-month visibility on risks and opportunities.
• Variance Analysis & KPI Monitoring: Conduct variance analysis and track key financial KPIs, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions to management.
• Cash Flow Management: Enhance cash flow strategies by working closely with accounting and operational teams to improve forecasting accuracy and financial reporting.
• Cost Control & Expense Optimization: Implement cost control procedures, analyzing Opex and Capex absorption to ensure alignment with stakeholders on financial risks and opportunities.
• Investment Appraisals & Business Case Development: Support investment appraisals by developing business cases, performing ROI assessments, and preparing board-level financial presentations.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a key financial advisor, evaluating new business models, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies to drive profitability and company performance.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Master's degree (MSc) or professional qualification (ACCA, etc.) preferred. 
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar FP&A or Controlling role. 
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial models and improve forecasting accuracy. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to challenge processes and drive change. 
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing a small team. 
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of ERP and reporting systems is desirable. 
• A proactive, results-driven mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 
• High ethical standards fitting with the Values of Antenna Group.
