Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, assisting with payroll, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation.
  • Support monthly closing processes and assist in preparing financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related activities.
  • Provide support for audits and regulatory compliance efforts.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
