We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Security & Alarm Systems Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about security technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding home security and alarm systems via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product features, installation processes, and service options.
- Effectively troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through setup and operation.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about the latest security technologies and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or security services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
