Your Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliances, troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep updated on product features and industry developments.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and collaborative team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about home appliance products and features.
